To all people of good will of our planet
Unprecedented on barbarity and cruelty the crime of terrorists, event in Northern Ossetia, has shaken all world.
Blood of innocent people was shed and that is especially terrible, that it was children's blood. This deliberate, prudent, carefully prepared action, again shows to all world, that the terrorism conducts large-scale war against all mankind.
We address to heads of all religious faiths to do everything for stopping of similar bloody actions. All people should pray to the God that He has given to people mutual understanding, judiciousness and high feeling of the responsibility for the future of all mankind.
We address to all women of the world: stop a flame of war. Stop the husbands, sons and daughters who have entered on a track of war. Your parent hearts suffer from each explosion and from each shot most of all.
We address to all heads of the states, parties and public organizations: sit down and start negotiating, find the wise decision to stop conflicts.
We address to all children of the world: be united in friendship. Children of all countries, join hands and become in the general round dance of the world.
PEOPLE! Blood of innocently lost children in Northern Osetia is a terrible sign coming nearer huge, universal trouble. Only with general efforts we can and should rescue sacred gift of a life. And EACH OF YOU SHOULD BRING in the CONTRIBUTION TO THIS GREAT BUSINESS.
Today it is impossible to stand away from this problem. War does not know any mercy. TOGETHER AND ONLY TOGETHER people of the different countries, creeds and political views CAN AND SHOULD stop bloodshed.
It is impossible to miss any day. In fact each missed day can cost to mankind millions lives.
